VISA PROCESS

Students must obtain a visa from one of the United States diplomatic mission for entering USA, The non-immigration category of visa for students is F1. Students need a valid I20 with SEVIS Number to apply for the students Visa with all the relevant financial and academic documents and apply for the visa at the designated consulate with visa application form. F1 visa can be issued up to 120 days before the program start date as listed on the students I-20s. But students cannot enter the United States more than 30 days in advance of the beginning of studies.

Insurance for VISA Carrying Insurance for Visa is not mandatory.

ACCOMODATION

Accommodation are available both on & off Campuses

⦁ On Campus :  Students stay in the dormitories available on campus

⦁ Off  Campus : Students can stay in the rented apartments which are available outside the University Campus

PART-TIME JOB

On Campus jobs include working as Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant, Working in College Library, Admission Office etc..Off Campus jobs will be based on CPT options which are provided after 9 months stay

STAY BACK OPTIONS

Students from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) background are permitted to stay for 29 months.

Students from Non-STEM background are permitted to stay for 12 months.

I -20 form is the document that the student will receive from the colleges that the students has been accepted into. This will have the following details – your name and surname, date of birth, citizenship status and country of birth. It will also mention your degree, the major and the estimated length of your program. The financial expenses that you will incur, will also be mentioned on the I-20.
